11/365

Started out with granola with milk and orange juice for breakfast.
Lunch was chicken salad and tortilla chips.  I swapped regular chicken for smoked chicken and it really brought the recipe up a notch.  I highly recommend this swap.
Supper was exactly the same as lunch.
4 cookies were consumed....better than yesterday and will do even better tomorrow.
What can I say?  The cookie habit is tough to kick.

  1. I think you are doing phenomenally!!! It is hard to turn away from something you like (like birthday cake) when it is right there. I'm thinking about buying a bike though I have not been on one is 25 years. Could be dangerous.

  2. All things gummi (esp Harib.o brand) are my weakness so I can commiserate...it's hard! Keep up the good work! If you get time can you share how you smoke chicken?
